Job Description: As a Bartender at Backyard Gilbert, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit at our venues. Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to company standards.
Server
Job Description: As a Server at Backyard Gilbert, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best-in-class service, product, and entertainment. You will consistently engage the guests to build rapport and enhance the guest experience while anticipating any additional needs to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s). The Server provides table service to restaurant patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant dining experience.
Host
